Looks like NYC. Maybe he lives there and has 2 cars, one in his driveway/garage and one he can street park. My neighbor does the same thing.

Most of the new models have the auto fold mirror coded or not. Either way you can press a button for them to fold.

New explorers being swapped with PPI grilles and steelies irritates me. There’s two jackwagons in town with that get up and they’re not even officers.
